This study was carried out that to apply scientific management method of health adrninstration according to approach model and to provide base a theoretical study as well’ as useful information for subsequent study. The results are summarized as follows; 1) Theoretical health adrninstration enhance to apply scientific management method in health field. 2) Health adminstration process that; (1) Social value of health adrninstration (2) Program objectives establish and Polices decision-making (3) Planning (4) Organizing (5) Staffing (6) Financial (7) Influencing (8) Controlling (9) Feed back 3) Basic social values to health adrninstration necessary ’Egalitarian viewpoint’ by health care characteristics of social-economics.
